MARK KRZYZANOWSKI
Principal Planner
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Polish immigrants, Mark spent my childhood working at the family construction business. After completing his service in the United States Air Force he went on to receive a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Political Science, Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Hawaiʻi at Manoa, a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorates degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. After leaving a large real estate development firm on Oahu to move to the Big Island, Mark has worked for the County of Hawai'i Planning Department, and oversaw the modular building division of a large building supply company on the island. He spends his time with his wife and two children on both the windward and leeward coasts of the island.

With our focus on our clients, also known as our team mates, we enjoy working hard together to create a personalized plan to achieve our goals. The MK Planning team has worked together since 2019 and we know that working fast is better than slow. All of us are dedicated to providing thorough, thoughtful, and timely communication with eachother, our clients and their families.
JAMIE DELOS SANTOS
Research and Analytics
A Colorado native, Jamie decided to leave Denver in 2020 in the pursuit of sunshine landing her in Kailua Kona. Jamie has years of experience in tourism management and brings her data analysis expertise to MK Planning. Jamie assists in our client's research needs; due diligence, vacation rental market analysis, project pro-forma and works with our partner realtors to help meet their client's property needs. Jamie brightens the office with our company mascot; rescue pup Ziggy.
KRISTINA KROSS
Office Manager
Kristina has been an integral part of MK Planning's development bringing her expertise in business management and marketing. She graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with her degree in Business Administration. Mother and wife, she spends her free time on her family's farm bringing fresh grown fruit to the office daily.

Enviromental Planner
After completing his degree in Enviromental Science, Keoni moved back to the islands to continue his career in enviromentalism. As an environmental planner Keoni brings our team his knowledge of Civil Engineering and Coastal Protection. He is a gifted musician and enjoys playing his beloved guitar.
